Adamfopa co-operative (in dutch: VZW Goede Vriend) was founded in October 2014 in
Belgium. Our aim is to help Ghanaians in the diaspora to acquire a land or build their dream
real estate. Our ambition is to become a true partner to the Ghanaian community abroad.
We want to make your dream of buying or building a house in Ghana very real, available and
accessible. Adamfopa co-operative was formed by the SOPHALEX Group Ghana to inform
and assist Ghanaians in the diaspora about how to acquire a real estate in Ghana and in
Belgium.
